Yoga Praveshika Course overview

We are launching our Yoga Pravesikaa course on March 1. Registrations now open. Lessons will start after the launch by Sri Sivakumar famous actor and a well known yoga follower himself. Cost Rs. 750. The course has 9 lessons teaching the theory behind yoga and 9 basic asanas. The course will teach yoga the authentic way Sage Patanjali had envisaged it. On March 1 2019 The Madras Sanskrit College launched the online course - Yoga Pravesikaa. It was opened by cine star Sri Sivakumar a great yoga practitioner also.
